PLUTO‘s last tango in Capricorn

Pluto retrogrades back into Capricorn on 2 Sept, revisiting the death throes and the last gasps of the old establishment (Capricorn) desperately clinging to power (Pluto).
Because it’s retrograde, Pluto is travelling very slowly and only reaches 29 degrees 39 minutes of Capricorn before turning direct again, yet this change in direction doesn’t happen till 12 Oct.
Pluto returns to Aquarius for good on 20 Nov, at which point we can all heave a sigh of relief that we’re moving into a new paradigm of community-focused, decentralised power-sharing.
